In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. - Due to the digital downloadable nature of the products that we offer, the products once purchased cannot be cancelled unless there is a valid argument put forward by the customer regarding service quality or other matter of concern.
